Extremely private setting yet only 11 miles to Durango city limits! The property has been surveyed (see associated docs) and there are no covenants or restrictions. The land is mostly treed with several flatter areas and the views are beautiful. There is one drainage that goes through the property that would likely be a good place for a well. There were tons of elk and deer tracks on the property when I walked for photos. Electricity is about 1,100' away from the building site.
